we are happy to transfer your deposit to a future date.

 

  • All rates are quoted in Canadian funds & based on 2 pple 

  • Add $50 per night for each additional guest.

  • Weekend rates apply to all Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. 

  • 3 night minimum booking on ALL holidays.    

  • Taxes not included in rates below.

  • Book early & save as our rates increase annually to reflect the changing economy.

SPRING :                                       APRIL,  MAY                                                             A 50% deposit is required to Reserve / Balance due 30 days prior to check-in    SUMMER/FALL : JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER                 In the case of a cancellation, deposit will be 90% refunded only if cancellation      CHRISTMAS SEASON :          DEC 1 - DEC 29                                                                                    occurs more than 30 days prior to check-in.  

NEW YEARS EVE :              DEC 27 - JAN 3, 2022                                   ALL bookings subject to $125 Cleaning Fee, 13% tax & Refundable Damage Deposit of $300
